Givore Studio

Your most senior technical person left. Or you never had one.

You cannot hire that person quickly, and you may not need them full time.

We work fixed days each week, in your calendar, with your team.

We make the technical decisions with you, in words you can use with your board.

Your developers keep building.

We make sure what they build survives.

What you get

  • Fixed days, not on call.
  • Decisions explained in words you can use.
  • A minimum of three months, so it is a relationship and not a favour.

What usually happens instead

The usual answer is to start recruiting. That is six months and a salary you have not got.

The price

One day a week from €2,800 a month. Two days from €5,600.

Your code, your servers and your accounts are yours from day one.
Nothing is in our name.

At the end, you get a written handover: where everything is, what it costs to run, and what to do if something breaks.
Any competent developer can pick it up from there.

Questions people ask

Can I call you whenever something breaks?
No. The days are fixed and they sit in your calendar. Being on call for questions is how this quietly turns into full-time work nobody is paying for.
How long do we have to commit for?
Three months at minimum. Anything shorter is a favour rather than a working relationship, and it is not long enough to change how a team decides things.
Do you replace my developers?
No. Your developers keep building. We make the technical decisions with you, and make sure what they build survives.
