The system does its job. That is not the problem.

The problem is that every small change goes through someone else.

To change a price you raise a ticket and wait four days.

To answer a simple question, somebody exports it to a spreadsheet.

And new staff can see things you would rather they could not.

You do not need a new system. You need the screens to run the one you have.

We build those, and the rules about who can do what.

What you get

  • Screens to run it yourself.
  • Rules about who sees what.
  • The numbers you keep asking for, on one page.
  • And it stops being slow on your busiest day.

What usually happens instead

The supplier who built it will quote a rebuild. Nobody likes extending someone else's system.

The price

It starts with the €3,500 report. Building it: €6,000 to €20,000, depending on how much you want.

Your code, your servers and your accounts are yours from day one.
Nothing is in our name.

At the end, you get a written handover: where everything is, what it costs to run, and what to do if something breaks.
Any competent developer can pick it up from there.

Questions people ask

Do I have to replace my current system?
No. The system does its job, and that is not the problem. This adds the screens to run it, and the rules about who can do what.
Why does it start with the report?
Because the screens are built onto software someone else wrote. A week of looking is what sets the price and the order of the work.
Can I control what new staff are able to see?
Yes. The rules about who sees what, and who can do what, are part of the build.
