Privacy Policy

This policy covers the studio.givore.com website. The Givore mobile app has its own policy at givore.com.

Who we are

The data controller is Karol Dąbrowski, self-employed (autónomo), NIE ESZ0649598Z, Valencia, Spain — the studio behind Givore. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

Browsing this site needs no account, and by default we collect no personal data.

  • Analytics — only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) and Google Analytics to see which pages get visited, where visits roughly come from, what device and browser are used, and how people move through the site. We use it to improve the site, nothing else. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via Cookies in the footer.
  • Messages you send us. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive what you share (name, number, message) and use it to reply and follow up. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Server logs. Our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, request, timestamp) for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees the data

Only our processors: PostHog Inc. (EU cloud — data stays in the EU), Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics — data may be processed outside the EEA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses), and our hosting provider. We don’t sell data and we don’t use advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is deleted or aggregated after 14 months at most. Messages are kept as long as the conversation or resulting work requires, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
